Cancellation Conditions
Time of arrival : 5pm.
Time of departure : 10am.
A deposit of 300€ will be asked upon your arrival and returned at your departure or 30 days later, after inventory. 60€ will be billed if the apartment, including terrace and sanitary is not returned in the state of cleanliness as you found it on arrival.
The mandatory tourist tax will be claimed upon your departure and send to the town hall of Sanary-sur-Mer.
Electricity : a weekly fee of 50 KW is included in the rate for a weekly rental (or 7 KW per day). Beyond that you will be charged 0.12€ the additional KW.
Cancellation Clauses :
If you cancel more than 60 days before your stay : we retain a flat rate of 45€.
If you cancel between 30 and 60 days before your stay : we retain 30% of the whole stay.
If you cancel between 8 and 30 days before your stay : we retain 50% of the whole stay.
If you cancel less then 8 days before your stay : we retain 100% of the whole stay.
Whatever the reason for your cancellation (strikes, bad weather, accident, unemployment, etc...) the amount of the cancellation fee can not be reduced and is still due.
